“Julius coached our EMEA offsite for the International Currency Cards division in London. The business was facing some fundamental challenges at that time. We had some very ambitious new acquisition targets. We also needed to consolidate, focus and inspire a team located across the region to work holistically and seamlessly together across client acquisition, marketing and customer engagement.
Julius designed and led a full day of team-coaching for the business development and marketing functions using a number of really powerful, experiential exercises. These focused the teams on our objectives, created openness with a really honest exchange, strong alignment between the two teams as well as intimacy and trust.
