Maria José is a team, executive and life coach.

With many years of executive experience as a Strategic Planner for top advertising agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy and Mather and Ammirati Puris Lintas, as well as leadership experience as Head of Advertising and Commercial Centres for the Spanish Airports Authority (A.E.N.A.), Maria José knows what it takes to run a successful agency and campaign.  She has also lived and worked in eight different countries over the course of twenty years, whilst also raising a family – so Maria José understands the numerous challenges that need to be faced and overcome as an expatriate and/or partner.  Of Spanish mother tongue, Maria José is also fluent in English.

Maria José is particularly experienced in the leadership and implementation of coach-mentor training programmes for large corporates.  She has also been trained in Mindfulness and has delivered Mindfulness training to international schools in Madrid.

Maria José is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute (California) and is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She has also completed the Core Curriculum  and an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) with CRR Global (California).  She has been trained by The Leadership Circle (Utah) to administer senior executive leader assessments.  Maria José is also certified in family and conflict mediation by Antonio de Nebrija University (Spain) and is proficient in Non-Violent Communication (trained by Marshall Rosenberg).  She is also a Certified Firewalking Instructor with the Firewalking Institute (Dallas).

Maria José holds a degree in Psychology with the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Madrid).
