Eva Bonnevier is a Consultant, Lead Facilitator and Executive Coach. 

Provocative, passionate, creative and candid, Eva’s knows how to bring out her clients’ full potential – always with a good degree of humour, warmth and respect.

Eva is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF).  She is an ICF faculty member as well as a trained examiner for ICF certification.  Eva also acted as an initiator to launch CTI in Sweden/Denmark in 2003 and has therefore had an immense impact on increasing the quality of coaching in both countries.  Additionally, as a faculty member since 2007, Eva supervises coaches through certification and has completed more than 1300 supervision hours.

Eva has executive experience from Adecco, where she launched a new organisation for coaching, outplacement and leadership development. She has worked with corporations such as PwC, JBT FoodTech, Norwegian Police Academy, EON, MOOG, Cardo, Consafe, Ericsson and Telefonica.

Since launching her own company in 1995, Eva has logged more than 3500 hours of coaching and also works with conflict transformation, outplacement, life and career development.

Eva has completed the Core Curriculum of Organisation & Relationship System Coaching (ORSC) with the Centre for Right Relations (CRR Global) and is an authorised facilitator for the team assessment tool TDA and is also trained in MBTI (Myers Briggs).

Eva has a university degree in Behavioural Science and speaks English, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish fluently.
